Actor’s Pocket Guide is preparing for a significant relaunch, featuring a new Learning Management System (LMS) and a podcast aimed at theater professionals and learners. The primary challenge is to create a comprehensive Digital Marketing Plan that will drive traffic, generate leads, and increase user engagement. The plan should utilize SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC strategies to effectively reach the target audience. The goal is to ensure a successful platform relaunch and sustained user growth by strategically promoting the new features and content. This project will allow learners to apply their classroom knowledge in digital marketing to a real-world scenario, enhancing their practical skills and understanding of integrated marketing strategies.

Actor's Pocket Guide, launched in 2018 by theater director Nicole and technology expert Anatole, is a powerful platform designed to streamline theater production while offering tools for learning and company management. Originally created to address organizational and communication challenges in theater, it now supports actors, producers, and arts educators with features like show creation, cast and crew coordination, sheet music sharing, and task assignments.

With the addition of a learning management system, the platform now offers educational modules focused on performing arts, inclusivity, and antiracism. This allows users to enhance their skills while promoting equity in theater. Actor's Pocket Guide will also eventually include a company management system that simplifies scheduling, financial tracking, and other business operations, helping arts organizations run smoothly from rehearsal to performance.

Nicole & Anatole continue to build a bridge between Broadway and theater communities worldwide, empowering users to create inclusive, well-organized productions that shine.
