Actors Pocket Guide is preparing to launch a new Company Management functionality within its application. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive customer experience strategy that seamlessly integrates this new functionality with existing features. The project will focus on identifying user experience improvements, optimizing user flows, and crafting strategies to drive user adoption. By applying classroom knowledge of user experience design and strategic planning, learners will analyze current application areas and propose enhancements that align with the overall application ecosystem. This project will provide learners with the opportunity to work on a real-world application, enhancing their skills in user experience design and strategic thinking.



- Analyze existing application features and identify integration points for the new Company Management functionality.

Deliverables

With the addition of a learning management system, the platform now offers educational modules focused on performing arts, inclusivity, and antiracism. This allows users to enhance their skills while promoting equity in theater. Actor's Pocket Guide will also eventually include a company management system that simplifies scheduling, financial tracking, and other business operations, helping arts organizations run smoothly from rehearsal to performance.
