Actor's Pocket Guide, launched in 2018 by theater director Nicole and technology expert Anatole, is a powerful platform designed to streamline theater production while offering tools for learning and company management. Originally created to address organizational and communication challenges in theater, it now supports actors, producers, and arts educators with features like show creation, cast and crew coordination, sheet music sharing, and task assignments.
With the addition of a learning management system, the platform now offers educational modules focused on performing arts, inclusivity, and antiracism. Actor's Pocket Guide will also eventually include a company management system that simplifies scheduling, financial tracking, and other business operations, helping arts organizations run smoothly from rehearsal to performance.
